James has been working as a personal trainer for over 7 years, in both commercial and independent gyms with a large variety of clientele. Having played high level cricket and football he is not afraid of a challenge and is all too familiar with the benefits that come from regular exercise. He also hold a BSc degree in Nutrition from St Mary’s University.
He has vast amounts of experience in the field of professional sport and as worked closely with numerous young athletes, helping to improve their game with the use of specialist strength and conditioning programming. Along with studying, James loves to keep up to date with the latest research surrounding training and nutrition, so you will never find his training protocols outdated and he will always be able to justify his reasoning behind the methods he uses.
